START PAYMENTS : 25 euro for gymnast
DELEGATION: Unlimited number of participants, 1 Judge and 1 Trainer
PRELIMINARY ENTRY:
The preliminary entry notification should be sent to: uksenergia@wp.pl till 16- December-2017 the latest. Please provide the probable number of participants.
CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION:
Confirmation of participation with a final list of names please provide no later than 15- January -2018 (Surname and Name Year Of Birth apparatus)
PROGRAM:
16 February 2018 (Friday) - Arrival and carpet try-out 17.00 – 20.00
17 February 2018 (Saturday) - Individual competition of all categories, opening ceremony, announcement of the results, closing ceremony

MUSIC:
The Music files should be sent to : uksenergiaimielin@gmail.com till 16-January-2018 the latest. The mp3 files should be named in Polish or English: Surname_Name_YearOfBirth_Group_apparatus_Club.mp3
ACCOMMODATION:
„TROJAK” Hotel ul. Stadionowa 11, Mysłowice http: //www.hoteltrojak.pl/ ok 30 EUR per 2 person room.
POSSIBILITY TO BUY LUNCH:
There is a possibility to buy lunch at the sports hall at 5 EUR a day. The meals for the judge and one trainer is ensured.
SHOWS:
Should you interested, please send us your suggestion of a show at decoration of various groups. If interested, please let us know by e-mail at uksenergia@wp.pl
MISCELLANEOUS :
If any of your gymnasts has her birthday on any day of the tournament, please also let us know so that we could surprise her.
