Dear Sport Friends!
We have the great pleasure to invite Your delegation on our jubileum 10th international friendship tournament in rhythmic gymnastics ,,RONDO KUP’’. The goal of tournament is to develop friendship between rhythmic gymnastics clubs and gymnasts. The individual and group competition will be held in Osijek, Croatia on 21st and 22nd October 2017.

Provisional schedule of tournament:
- 10. 2017. Friday – arrival of delegations
- 10. 2017. Saturday – competition A level, B light, groups
- 10. 2017. Sunday – competition B level, departure of delegations
Delegation:
- unlimited number of gymnasts in individual and group competition
- min. 1 coach
- min. 1 qualified judge (brevet or national) - OBLIGATORY
Start fee:
40 euro per gymnast
60 euro per group (5 or 6 gymnasts)
Accommodation: We can arrange accommodation for your delegation on request.
Medical service: will be provided by the organizing committee.
All delegations are requested to have a valid health insurance coverage.
Do not forget!!!
All countries that need visas for entering Croatia must apply for one at the Croatian consulate in your country as soon as possible. Upon request, we can send you a nominative invitation to the competition which you need for the visa application.
Transport: Transfers from Zagreb, Budapest or Belgrade airport can be arrange with us, on your own cost. Transfers from bus, train station or airport Osijek will be free of charge. There is international airport in Osijek, we encourage you to check with your travel agency for direct flights to
Osijek. There are direct flights from Basel, Stuttgart, Zagreb, Dubrovnik, Split, Pula and Rijeka.
Application:
Definitive registration must be received by 05th October 2017 at the latest. Please apply your gymnasts through system rgform.eu
Music: All music must be sent through the system on rgform.eu and must be uploaded on site at the latest on 16th October 2017.
