INTERNATIONAL RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS TOURNAMENT “TRAKIA-ELIT” 2016

Dear RG Friends,
We are pleased to invite you to our International Rhythmic Gymnastics Tournament, which will take place in Plovdiv, BULGARIA, from 7th to 9th October 2016 in the competition venue of Plovdiv University Sports Hall
Organizing Committee: Sport club “Trakia –Elit”, Municipality of Plovdiv, BRGF
Size of Delegation:Unlimited.
Note:;Each club participating in the tournament must come with judge.
The club organizer has the right to participate with an unlimited number of individual players and for the groups - 2 of categories
All the clubs / except the host / will be ranked only one competitor in any category in the state tournament , and for the groups - 1 club in different ages;
In the International ranking will be awarded the hosts and the guests from abroad.
Qualified gymnasts up to 8th place receive medals and certificates like for finals
Accommodation: Gymnasts, judges and coaches will be accommodated in 4 stars Hotel in Plovdiv. Tax - € 50 per person per day. Meals – breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. Reservations will be made by the organizing club.
Transportation: International travel and costs are responsibilities of each team. The organizing committee could provide transportation from Sofia airport – 50 € per person /Sofia-Plovdiv-Sofia/.
Expenses: All expenses for accommodation, entries, travel expenses, medical insurance and visa (if applicable) are to be borne by participating teams.

Each participating member Federation is kindly requested to integrate the payment’s purpose as follows:
